Delete Sales Quotations (tdsls1210m000)

Use this session to delete quotations.

Field Information

Selection Range

Use the fields in the Selection Range group box to specify the range of sales quotations that must be archived and deleted.

Archive or Delete

Indicates the action that must be performed for the selected range of sales quotations.

Allowed values

Delete Only: Deletes the selected data.
Archive Only: The selected data up to a specified date is saved by copying the data to an archiving company.
Archive and Delete: The selected data is copied to an archiving company and deleted.

Note: This field is displayed and enabled only if the Sales Quotation Archiving Implemented check box is selected in the Sales Quotation Parameters (tdsls0100s100) session or the archiving company is not specified.

Settings

Original Company: The code of the company from which the sales quotations data is archived and deleted.
Name: The name of the original company.
Archive-to Company: The code of the archive company to which the sales quotations data is archived.
Name: The name of the archive-to company.

Selection Range

Up to Date: The transaction date/time up to which the sales quotations must be archived and deleted. LN compares this value with the Quotation Date in the Sales Quotations Overview (tdsls1500m000) session.
Quotation: The From and To fields define a range of: sales quotations that must be archived and deleted.
Sold-to Business Partner: The From and To fields define a range of: sold-to business partners associated with the sales quotations that must be archived and deleted.
Sales Office: The From and To fields define a range of: sales offices associated with the sales quotation.
Expiry Date: The From and To fields define a range of: date and time up to which the sales quotations are valid.
Internal Sales Representative: The From and To fields define a range of: internal sales representatives associated with the sales quotations.

Options

Archive Text: If this check box is selected, the texts related to the sales quotations are also archived.
Overwrite Text: If this check box is selected, the existing texts in the archive company are replaced with the original text.

Print Options

Print Report: If this check box is selected, LN generates a report is that includes all the sales quotations of the specified range that are archived and deleted.
Print Statistics: If this check box is selected, LN prints the statistics related to the sales quotations.
