Use this session to view the activities linked to the subcontracting procurement order.

  • This session can be accessed only if:
    • TheServices Procurement Orders check box is selected in the Procurement Parameters (tdpur0100m000) session.
    • The Project (TP) check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
  • You can modify the data in this session only if the subcontracting procurement Order Status is set to a value other than Canceled or Closed .
  • The equipment procurement order can be deleted only if the subcontracting procurement Order Status is set to Created .

The code for subcontracting procurement order.
Note: The application uses this sequence to default the series for the Subcontracting Procurement Order:
  1. The series specified in the Equipment Utilization field of the Services Procurement Order Type (tdpur0692m000) session.
  2. The series specified in the subcontracting procurement Series field of the Procurement User Profiles (tdpur0143m000) session.
  3. The series specified in the subcontracting procurement Equipment Procurement Order Series field of the Purchase Offices (tdpur0112m000) session.
Execution Sequence
The sequence for performing the activity.
Activity
The activity that can be performed for subcontracting procurement order.
Manual
Indicates if the activity is performed manually.
Applicable
Indicates if the activity is applicable for the Subcontracting Procurement Order.
Execution Status

The status of the activity.

Allowed values

Free

The activity must still be executed.

Executed

The activity is executed.

Changed

If the activity Print Purchase Orders (tdpur4401m000) or Print Sales Order Acknowledgements/RMAs (tdsls4401m000) is executed, but the order line data is changed afterwards, the activity's execution status receives the Changed status. Changed order lines can be reprinted.

Not Applicable

The activity is not applicable to the purchase order line (detail) or the sales order (delivery) line, or is linked to the order header only.

Automatic
Indicates if the activity is performed automatically.
Note: This field is displayed only if the manual activities is not enabled.
Device
The default device.
Note: This field is enabled only if the value exists in Device Data.
Number of Extra Copies
The number of extra copies that must be printed.
Next Activity
Indicate if the activity is the next activity to be performed.
