Recalculate Purchase Prices and Discounts (tdpur4201m500)

Use this session to recalculate prices or discounts for a range of purchase orders and/or requests for quotation (RFQs).

Note: 

In this session, you can:

  • Simulate the recalculation of the prices or discounts.
  • Print a report with all changed purchase orders or RFQs.
  • To recalculate prices and discounts for a specific order/quotation, or order/quotation line, use the Price and Discount Recalculation Parameters (tdpcg0240s000) session.

Field Information

Reprice, Rediscount or Both

You can select if you want to recalculate purchase prices and/or discounts.

Process Purchase Orders

If this check box is selected, you can select the purchase orders and run the recalculation process for these purchase orders.

Process RFQs

If this check box is selected, you can select request for quotations (RFQs) and run the recalculation process for these RFQs.

Simulation Only

If this check box is selected, the recalculation of the prices and discounts is only simulated.

If the Simulation Only check box is selected, the Print Changes check box is automatically selected and disabled. So if you simulate the recalculation, a report is printed automatically.

Print Changes

If this check box is selected, a report of all changed purchase orders and/or requests for quotation is printed.

If the Simulation Only check box is selected, the Print Changes check box is automatically selected and disabled.

Recalculate Manually Entered Prices/Discounts

If this check box is selected, prices and/or discounts that are entered manually are recalculated.

Recalculate Return Orders

If this check box is selected, in the recalculation of prices and discounts, LN also takes into account return orders.

Redetermine Material Prices

If this check box is selected, material prices are also redetermined in the recalculation process.

Overwrite Manual Material Prices

If this check box is selected, manually updated material prices are overwritten in the recalculation process. As a result, the manual changes are lost.

Quantities Printed In

Select the unit in which you want to print the quantities, which can be the order unit, or the inventory unit.
