Print Purchase Releases (tdpur3422m000)
Use this session to print and send purchase releases.
If, in the Purchase Releases (tdpur3120m000) session, a purchase release has the status Scheduled, you can select the Final Report check box in the current session to send the release.
If the Communication Channel field in the Purchase Contract Line Logistic Data (tdpur3102m000) session and/ or the Items - Purchase Business Partner (tdipu0110m000) session reads EDI and the Release EDI Message Directly check box in these sessions is selected, EDI messages are automatically prepared when a purchase release receives the status Scheduled in the Purchase Releases (tdpur3120m000) session. In this case, you need not print the purchase release in this session to send it. If the Release EDI Message Directly check box is cleared, you must print and select the Final Report check box and Prepare EDI messages check box to actually change the purchase release's status to Sent.
If the Communication Channel field in the Purchase Contract Line Logistic Data (tdpur3102m000) session and/ or the Items - Purchase Business Partner (tdipu0110m000) session does not read EDI, you must always print the purchase release in this session (with the Final Report check box selected) to change the status of the purchase release to Sent.

- Schedule Lines

If this check box is selected, the purchase schedule lines in the purchase release are printed on the report.
Note: This functionality is especially built to print clustered schedule lines. - Manufacturer Part Numbers

If this check box is selected, manufacturer part numbers (MPNs) are printed on the report.
- Option List Data

If this check box is selected, and the purchase release contains an option list ID, option list data is printed on the report.
- Prepare EDI messages

If this check box is selected, an EDI message is prepared directly after purchase releases are printed.
When Electronic Commerce sends the prepared EDI messages, the purchase release's status changes from Scheduled to Sent.
Note: This check box is only enabled if you have selected the Final Report check box in the current session. - Final Report

If this check box is selected, while printing the purchase release, the release's status changes from Scheduled to Sent.
Note: If the Communication Channel field in the Purchase Releases (tdpur3120m000) session reads EDI, in this session, you must also select the Prepare EDI messages check box to change the purchase release's status to Sent.If this check box is selected, the purchase release is only printed. The printing process does not affect the purchase release's status.
