Print Letter for Unsuccessful Bidders (tdpur1410m000)

Use this session to print thank-you-for-bidding letters.

Note: A thank-you-for-bidding letter is only printed for the buy-from business partners who submitted the request for quotation (RFQ), but who did not get an order. For these RFQs, the Conversion Action field is set to Delete in the RFQ Responses (tdpur1506m000) session.

You can select a range of RFQs, or select specific RFQs for printing a thank-you-for-bidding letter. To print thank-you-for-bidding letters for specific RFQs, select the Specific RFQs button. The Enter Specific RFQs (tdpur1820s000) session is then started and you can select up to 10 RFQs for which you can print thank-you-for-bidding letters.

If you want to print thank-you-for-bidding letters for another selection of RFQs, click the Reset Selection button. As a result, the selection you made in the Enter Specific RFQs (tdpur1820s000) session is removed. To make a new selection, select the Specific RFQs button again.

Field Information

Include Printed RFQs: If this check box is selected, the thank-you-for-bidding letter is printed together with the original request for quotation (RFQ).
