Global Update of Purchase Contract Price Books and Discount Schedules (tdpcg0231m400)
Use this session to update prices and discounts that are available on the contract, price book and discount schedule.
Field Information
- Selection Range Contract
- Use the fields in the Selection Range Contract group box to specify the range of contract to update the purchase price books and discount.
- Selection Range Price Book
- Use the fields in the Selection Range Price Book group box to specify the range price book to update the purchase price books and discount.
- Selection Range Discount Schedule
- Use the fields in the Selection Range Discount Schedulegroup box to specify the range of discount schedule to update the purchase price books and discount.
- Update Price
- If this check box is selected, you can update the price with a percentage or with a value.

- By Percentage
- The option used to specify the percentage change.
- By Value
- The option used to specify the change in value.
- Percentage to Change By
- The percentage by which the price must be updated. Note: This field is enabled only if the option is selected.
- Value to Change By
- The value by which the price must be updated.Note: This field is enabled only if the option is selected.
- Currency
- The currency in which the Value to Change By amount is expressed.Note: This field is enabled only if the option is selected.
- Update Discount Percentage
- If this check box is selected the discount percentage is updated.

- If this check box is selected price and discount lines must be inserted.
- Effective Date
- The date from which the price and discount lines must be inserted.
- Expiry Date
- The date upto which the price and discount line must be inserted.
- Generate Retro-Billed Advices
- If this check box is selected, Retro-Billed Advice is generated.
- For Orders
- If this check box is selected, retro-billed advice is
generated for orders.Note: This check box is enabled only if the Generate Retro-Billed Advices check box is selected.
- For Schedules
- If this check box is selected, retro-billed advice is
generated for schedules.Note: This check box is enabled only if the Generate Retro-Billed Advices check box is selected.
- Series
- The Retro-billed advice series assigned to the
