Use this session to view the Turnaround Time Documents. The Documents are created when item maintenance is initiated. You can modify the TAT Document data.

The document ID of the parent TAT document.

The date and time on which the TAT document is created.

The date and time on which the maintenance process is completed.

Term

The unique code of the TAT Terms.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Turnaround Time Unit

The unit in which the turnaround time is expressed.

Urgency

The urgency level set as the default for the TAT.

The type of the day.

The time available for you to complete the item maintenance within the agreed turnaround time.

Calendar

The calendar code based on which the calendar working hours are defined.

Description

The description or name of the code.

Availability Type

The code of the availability type associated with the calendar.

Timer Status

The status of the timer that is set based on the events.

Latest Start Date

The last date and time when the Timer Status is set to Started.

Latest Stop Date

The last date and time when the Timer Status is set to Stopped.

Planned Finish Date

The date and time by when the maintenance process is planned to be completed.

TAT Finish Date

The actual finish date and time when the maintenance process is completed.

Internal Text

The additional information for the internal use. This information must not be printed on external documents.

External Text

The additional information that must be printed on the external documents.
