Terms and Conditions Line (tctrm1620m000)

Use this session to view, enter, and maintain a specific terms and conditions line and the detailed terms and conditions of the linked terms and conditions groups.

This session supports easy line entry for a terms and conditions agreement. You can enter a terms and conditions line and specify the terms and conditions groups on one screen.

To start this session, do one of the following:

  • Double-click a record in the Terms and Conditions Lines (tctrm1120m000) session.
  • Double-click a line on the Terms and Conditions Lines tab of the Terms and Conditions Search Level (tctrm1610m000) session.
  • Start the session stand-alone.

Tabs

The lines on the tabs refer to these sessions:

  • Order

    Refers to the Order Terms and Conditions (tctrm1130m000) session. On this tab, you can enter and view the order terms and conditions for the terms and conditions line.
  • Schedule

    Refers to the Schedule Terms and Conditions (tctrm1131m000) session. On this tab, you can enter and view the schedule terms and conditions for the terms and conditions line.
  • Planning

    Refers to the Planning Terms and Conditions (tctrm1135m000) session. On this tab, you can enter and view the planning terms and conditions for the terms and conditions line.
  • Logistics

    Refers to the Logistics Terms and Conditions (tctrm1140m000) session. On this tab, you can enter and view the logistics terms and conditions for the terms and conditions line.
  • Invoicing

    Refers to the Invoicing Terms and Conditions (tctrm1145m000) session. On this tab, you can enter and view the invoicing terms and conditions for the terms and conditions line.
  • Demand Pegging

    Refers to the Demand Pegging Terms and Conditions (tctrm1165m000) session. On this tab, you can enter and view the demand pegging terms and conditions for the terms and conditions line. For more detailed information, double-click the line.
Note: For Internal terms and conditions agreements, you cannot define the planning, invoicing, and allocation/hard pegging terms and conditions. The reason for this is that on this type of agreement, two internal business partners (one in the buy-from and one in the sold-to role) are stored in the same LN system.
