Fiscal IDs by Business Partner (tctax4101m000)
Use this session to define a business partner's fiscal ID in the countries in which the business partner is registered for tax.
For every fiscal ID, you must enter an effective date and you can enter an expiry date. In each country, only one fiscal ID can be effective at a time. If you define two fiscal IDs for one country with overlapping effective periods, you cannot save the data.
To display only the fiscal IDs that are valid at the current time, from the appropriate menu menu, select . To display all fiscal IDs, click the command again.
The Fiscal IDs can be modified, only if the user's Authorization Level is set to Modify in the Authorized Business Partners (tcsec2530m000) session.
Field Information
- Business Partner

The business partner for which you define the fiscal IDs.
- Business Partner Tax Country

The country in which the business partner has the fiscal ID.
- Effective Date

The date and time at which the tax number takes effect.
- Expiry Date

The last date and time at which the fiscal ID is valid.
- Temporary Fiscal ID

If this check box is selected, the fiscal ID is used for information only.
For example, if the fiscal ID is awaiting registration, you can select this check box. The temporary fiscal ID can be printed on orders.
