Labor Rate Codes (tcppl0190m000)
Use this session to define codes for various labor rates, which you can link to the employees in the Employees - General (tccom0101m000) session.
An employee's labor rate is determined by the total labor costs divided by the number of productive hours on a yearly basis. The labor rates are used, for example, to estimate costs and for hours accounting in Manufacturing, Service, and Project.
You can use the appropriate menu to start the following sessions:
- Labor Rate Code - Rates (tcppl0191m000), to enter the cost rate and sales rate for a labor rate code.
- Specific Labor Rates (tcppl0192m000), to create and maintain labor rates by business partner and/or project.
