Intercompany Trade Sales Dashboard (tcitr3300m200)

Use this session to view the selling part (the internal party that sells goods or services to another internal party) of the intercompany trade order information for a specific financial entity. You can view the realized intercompany trade data in the in-context graph, based on the specified intercompany trade scenario and the specific selection criteria, such as project, item, and the intercompany trade classification.

Filters

You can use these filters to display the intercompany trade orders and the transaction lines:

  • General

    By Financial Entity, Intercompany Customer, Scenario, or by a combination of the filter options specified in these group boxes.
  • Additional

    By Specific Selection such as, project, item and employee.

Graph

  • The estimated and realized COGS and profit margins are displayed in a graph in the Realized Intercompany Trade group box. The data in the graph is displayed based on the period setting in the Graph Settings group box, wherein the currency, number of periods, period type, and the last period can be specified.
  • You can also specify the type of data that must be displayed based on these options:

    • Realized COGS
    • Realized Revenues
    • Realized Margin
    • Realized COGS and Margin

  • Orders

    Refers to the Intercompany Trade Order - Sales (tcitr3600m200) session. When you click a line, the Intercompany Trade Order - Sales (tcitr3600m200) session is started. To view the order details of this session, select a line, click Details on the References menu. The Intercompany Trade Order - Sales (tcitr3100s200) session starts.
  • Transaction lines

    Refers to the Intercompany Trade Order Transaction Line - Sales (tcitr3610m200) session. When you click a line, the Intercompany Trade Order Transaction Line - Sales (tcitr3610m200) session is started.

  • Only intercompany trade orders with the status, In Process and Closed are displayed in the grid.
  • The check marks in the Filter section indicate the filters that are activated in this session.
