Re-Export Declarations (tcgtc3110m100)

Use session to view and maintain re-export end user declarations (EUD).

EUDs are re-exported to move inventory from one (giving) end user statement (EUS) to the other (receiving) EUS. When the receipt process is executed for a purchase order line, to which a specific EUD linked (the EUD is linked to an EUS), you can decide if the received goods can be used for another EUS. This is can be done only after re-exporting the goods from the original declaration to the new declaration. For the new EUS, an EUD must be created with the Kind of End User Declaration field set toRe-export in the End User Declarations (tcgtc3110m000) session.

Note: 
  • You can access this session only if:
    • The Trade Management check box is selected in theImplemented Software Components (tccom0100s000)session.
    • The End User Statements check box is selected in theTrade Management Parameters (tcgtc0100m000) session.

End User Declaration ID

The code of the end user declaration that receives the inventory.

Description

The description or name of the code.

End User Statement ID

The code of the end user statement that receives the inventory.

End User Line

The end user statement line number that receives the inventory.

The code of the project to which the item is linked.

Indicates the status of the end user statement.

Creation Date

The date and time when the re-exported end user declaration is created.

Note: LN defaults the current date and time and you cannot modify this value.
Created By

The code of the user who creates the re-exported end user declaration.

Note: LN defaults the login code of the current user and you cannot modify this value.
Modification Date

The date and time when the re-exported end user declaration is modified.

Note: LN updates the current date and time when the data modified and you cannot modify this value.
Modified By

The code of the user who modifies the re-exported end user declaration.
