Child Licenses (tcgtc0620m800)

Use session to define child licenses. You can link an item to a child license, or you can use the license item lines to link multiple items to the child license.

Indicates the kind of license.

The code of the child license.

The description or name of the code.

Child License Type

Indicates the type of child license.

Allowed values

Country

When the intermediary country also requires a license for the item which is shipped between countries. A relation must be established between the two licenses. When an item is added/modified/removed from a parent license, Infor LN checks if the item must be added/modified/removed from the child license as well. Infor LN allows you to link all, or a subset of the parent license items to the child license.

Component

For a child license, Infor LN allows you to define components of the item (with subject to trade compliance) that is linked to the parent license.

The date and time from when the license is effective.

Expiry Date

The date and time from when the license is not effective.

Apply Quantity Limit

If this check box is selected, the specified limit for the quantity is applicable.

License Quantity

The limit for the quantity of goods.

Unit

The unit in which the quantity is expressed.

Order Consumed Quantity

The quantity consumed by the order line.

Delivery Consumed Quantity

The quantity consumed by the delivery line.

Remaining Quantity

The quantity of remaining goods.

Apply Value Limit

If this check box is selected, value limitation is applicable.

License Value

The limit for the value of the goods for a specific period of time such as 12 months of shipments.

Currency

The code of the currency in which the value is expressed.

License Shipment Line Value

The value (cost) of the limit for the goods that can be shipped for each shipment line.

Order Consumed Value

Delivery Consumed Value

The value of the consumed goods.

Remaining Value

The value of the remaining goods.

Responsible Employee

The code of the employee linked to the child license.

Name

The description or name of the code.

Legal Regulation

The code of the regulatory entity, such as a government agency.

Parent License ID

The code of the parent license to which the child license is linked.

The status of the related parent license.
