Delete Bank Guarantee History - Applicant (tcgtc0293m100)

Use this session to delete the bank guarantee history data defined as an applicant.

Field Information

Selection Range

Use the fields in the Selection Range group box to select the bank guarantee history data that must be deleted.

Bank Guarantee ID

The From and To fields define a range of: the unique IDs of the bank guarantees of which you are the applicant that must be deleted.

Beneficiary

The From and To fields define a range of: the beneficiaries associated with the bank guarantees.

Trade Type

The From and To fields define a range of: the trade types of the bank guarantees of which you are the applicant.

Archive or Delete

Indicate whether the history data of the bank guarantee of which you are the applicant must be archived, deleted, or both.

Allowed values

Delete Only

Deletes the selected data.

Archive Only

The selected data up to a specified date is saved by copying the data to an archiving company.

Archive and Delete

The selected data is copied to an archiving company and deleted.

Up to Expiry Date

The date and time up to which the bank guarantee history data must be archived or deleted.

Original Company

The code of the company in which the bank guarantee history data is archived or deleted.

Archive-to Company

The code of the archive company to which the bank guarantee history data is archived.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Archive Company check box is cleared in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
Archive Common Master Data

If this check box is selected, the general data related to the bank guarantee of which you are the applicant, is archived.

Archive Text

If this check box is selected, the text related to the history data of the bank guarantee of which you are the applicant, is archived.

Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, the existing text defined in the archive company is replaced by the current text.
