License Business Partners (tcgtc0123m000)

Use this session to maintain the list of license business partners. This is used as a satellite in the Export Licenses (tcgtc0620m000)and Import Licenses (tcgtc0620m100) session.

Note:

You can access this session only when:
- The Trade Management check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session
- The Trade Compliance check box is implemented in the Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc0100m000) session.
The session is applicable for a license only when none of the Business Partner fields are specified in theExport Licenses (tcgtc0620m000) and Import License (tcgtc0620m100) session.
The session is not applicable for child licenses.
You can modify this session only for a license with created and approved status.
You can modify this session when a document is not linked to the license or to a license item line.
The session is deleted when the related license is deleted.

Field Information

License ID: The license identification number generated for the compliance check of the exported goods and services.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Series for Licenses field in the Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc0100m000) session.
Business Partner Line: The number of license business partner line.
Sold-to Business Partner: The code of the sold to business partner.
Name: Name of the business partner.
Ship-to Business Partner: The code of the ship-to business partner.
Buy-from Business Partner: The code of the buy-from business partner.
Ship-from Business Partner: The code of the ship-from business partner.
Exclude / Include: Indicates whether the business partner is excluded from or included in the license.

Note: The value must be same for all the business partner that belongs to the same license.
