Domestic Outbound Licenses (tcgtc0120m400)

Use this session to create and maintain the domestic sales licences that can be used for the internal check to be performed on the domestic sales of the goods. This check can be executed for sold orders (planned export) and shipments.

Domestic sales licenses are only valid for a specified period. You can only view the data for which the license is valid.

Note: 
  • This session includes the licenses for which the Trade Type is set to Domestic Outbound.
  • You can access this session only if the Domestic Outbound check box is selected in the Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc0100m000) session.

Field Information

License ID

The license identification number generated for the compliance check of the goods and services for domestic sales.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Series for Licenses field in the Global Trade Compliance Parameters (tcgtc0100m000) session.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Temporary

If this check box is selected, the domestic sales license is a temporary license.

Note: 

This field is enabled only if you specify the value in one of these fields :

  • Sold-to Business Partner
  • Ship-to Business Partner
  • Document
Country Set

The use-defined group of countries, for which the license is valid.

Note: 

This field is not enabled if you specify the value in one of these fields:

  • Country
  • Ship-to Address
  • Ship-to Business Partner
  • Document
Description

The description or name of the code.

Country

The country code, for which the license is valid.

Note: 

This field is not enabled if you specify the value in the one of these fields:

  • Country Set

Business Partner Set

A user-defined group of business partners, for which the license is valid.

Sold-to Business Partner

The sold-to business partner, for whom the license is valid.

The description or name of the code.

Ship-to Business Partner

The ship-to business partner, for which the license is valid.

Note: 

This field is enabled only if you do not specify the value in one of these fields:

  • Business Partner Set
  • Document
Ship-to Address

The address of the ship-to business partner, for which the license is valid.

Note: 
  • This field is enabled only if you do not specify the value in one of these fields:
    • Business Partner Set
    • Country Set
    • Country
  • This value is defaulted from the Address field specified for the ship-from business partner in the Business Partner (tccom4100s000) session.
City Description

The description or name of the code.

Document

The business object type for which the license is valid.

Possible values:

  • Sales Order
  • Contract
  • Not Applicable
Note: 

This field is not enabled if you specify the value in one of these fields:

  • Country Set
  • Country
  • Business Partner Set
  • Sold-to Business Partner
  • Ship-to Business Partner
Document Company

The company of the business object for which the license is valid.

Note: 
  • This field is enabled only if the Document field is set to other than Not Applicable.
  • The specified company must be a logistic company.
Document

The business object number for which the license is valid.

Note: 
  • This field is enabled only if:
    • The Document field is set to other than Not Applicable.
    • The value is specified in the Business Object Company field.

If this field is enabled, the specified value is based on the Document type field.

Item

The code of the item for which the domestic sales license is issued.

Note: You cannot specify the Items of the type Equipment, Subcontracted Service, and List.
Description

The description or name of the code.

Effectivity Unit

The effectivity unit linked to the sold item.

Note:  Effectivity unit number zero is used to indicate the standard configuration
Description

The description or name of the code.

Screening Code

Indicates, if a check on the license number must be executed.

Allowed values:

  • License Required
  • Exception
  • No License Required
Note: 
  • By default, this field is set to License Required. However, you can modify the value.
  • You can modify this setting only if the Temporary check box is cleared.
Legal Regulation

The code of the regulatory entity.

Description

The description or name of the code.

License Type

The license type used for the domestic sold of the goods.

ITAR / Military Arms
EAR / Dual Use
License Number

The license number created for the domestic sales of the goods.

Responsible Employee

The employee responsible for the domestic sales of goods.

Name

The description or name of the code.

Apply Quantity Limit

If this check box is selected, the quantity limitation is applicable.

Note: This checkbox is enabled only if the Apply Value Limit checkbox is cleared.
License Quantity

The limit for the quantity of the sold goods.

Note: 
  • This field is enabled only if the Apply Quantity Limit check box is selected.
  • The value specified must be greater than zero.
Inventory Unit

The unit in which the quantity of the sold goods is expressed.

Delivery Consumed Quantity

The quantity of the items that is consumed.

Remaining Quantity

The quantity of the remaining items.

Apply Value Limit

If this check box is selected, domestic sales goods value limitation is applicable.

Note: This check box is enabled only if the Apply Quantity Limit check box is cleared.
License Value

The limit for the value of the sold goods for a specific period such as 12 months of shipments.

Note: 
  • This field is enabled and mandatory only if the Apply Value Limit check box is selected.
  • The value must be greater than zero.
License Currency

The currency in which the License Value is expressed.

Note: 
  • This field is enabled and mandatory if the Apply Value Limit check box is selected.
  • This value is defaulted based on the currency of the specified Document, or Sold-to Business Partner, or local currency.
License Shipment Line Value

The value (cost) of the limit for the purchased goods that can be shipped for each shipment line.

Note: 
  • This field is enabled only if the Apply Value Limit check box is selected. Also, the value must be greater than zero,
  • This value is defaulted from the License Value field.
  • This value is expressed based on the Limited Value Currency.
Delivery Consumed Value

The amount of the consumed quantity of the items.

Remaining Value

The amount of the remaining quantity of the items.

Effective Date

The date and time from which the license is effective.

Note: The date specified must be before the Expiry Date.
Expiry Date

The date and time up to which the license remains effective.

Note: The date specified must be after the Effective Date.
Item Lines Present

Indicates that item lines are present in the license.

Country Lines Present

Indicates that country lines are present in the license.

Business Partner Lines Present

Indicates that business partner lines are present in the license.

Provisos Present

Indicates that provisos lines are present in the license.

Child Licenses Present

Indicates that child license lines are present in the license.
