User Authorizations for Bank Guarantee - Applicant (tcgtc0104m200)

Use this session to setup user authorizations for bank guarantees as an applicant. You can also view the trade types for which the user is authorized.

Note:

You can access this session only if:

The Trade Management check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
The Bank Guarantee - Applicant check box is selected in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.

Field Information

Login Code: The login code of the user for which user authorizations are defined for the bank guarantees from the applicant's perspective.
Name: The name of the user for which the user authorizations are defined.
Export: If this check box is selected, the user is authorized for export bank guarantees from the applicant's perspective.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Export check box is selected in the Bank Guarantee - Applicant section in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.
Import: If this check box is selected, the user is authorized for the import bank guarantees from the applicant's perspective.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Import check box is selected in the Bank Guarantee - Applicant section in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.
Domestic Outbound: If this check box is selected, the user is authorized for the domestic sales bank guarantees from the applicant's perspective.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Domestic Outbound check box is selected in the Bank Guarantee - Applicant section in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.
Domestic Inbound: If this check box is selected, the user is authorized for the domestic purchase bank guarantees from the applicant's perspective.

Note: This field is displayed only if the Domestic Inbound check box is selected in the Bank Guarantee - Applicant section in the Financial Trade Management Parameters (tcgtc9199m000) session.
Other: If this check box is selected, the user is authorized for the other bank guarantees from the applicant's perspective.
