Check and Correct Customer Defined Fields for Mapping (tcfin0290m000)

Use this session tocheck, and, if required, correct, customer defined fields that are defined for mapping.

After clicking Continue, these actions are performed:

  • Check if the customer defined fields present in the Customer Defined Fields for Mapping (tcfin0190m000) session are also present in the Customer Defined Fields (ttadv4591m000) session. If not, select the Expired check box in the Customer Defined Fields for Mapping (tcfin0190m000) session and print an information message explaining the reason.

  • Check if the customer defined fields are set to active in the Customer Defined Fields (ttadv4591m000) session. If not, select the Expired check box in the Customer Defined Fields for Mapping (tcfin0190m000) session and print an information message explaining the reason.
  • Check if the data type of the records in the Customer Defined Fields for Mapping (tcfin0190m000) session and the Customer Defined Fields (ttadv4591m000) session match. If not, and:
    • The data type is string or enumerate in the Customer Defined Fields (ttadv4591m000) session, update the data type in the Customer Defined Fields for Mapping (tcfin0190m000) session and print a message about the updated data types.
    • The data type is not string or enumerate in the Customer Defined Fields (ttadv4591m000) session, select the Expired check box in the Customer Defined Fields for Mapping (tcfin0190m000) session for the relevant records and print an information message explaining the reason.
  • Check if the labels of the records in the Customer Defined Fields for Mapping (tcfin0190m000) session and the Customer Defined Fields (ttadv4591m000) session match. If not, update the label, that is, the business object attribute, for the relevant records in the Customer Defined Fields for Mapping (tcfin0190m000) session and print an information message explaining the reason.
  • If a record is set to expired, or the business object attribute has changed, select the Initialization Required check box in theCustomer Defined Fields for Mapping (tcfin0190m000) session.
