Intrastat Parameters by Country tccom7107m000

Use this session to maintain the parameters for the Intrastat declaration by country.

You can maintain Intrastat parameters by country if these parameters are set to In Preparation or Active in the Global Registration Parameters (tctax2100m000) session:

If you specify new parameters by country, the fields in the current session take the values from the Intrastat Parameters (tccom7500m000)session as default values.

On the Numeric Format tab, you can define the details for the data that is exported to the external Intrastat application.

To transfer your Intrastat declaration as an XML file, you must enter fields on the INSTAT/XML Party Definition tab.

Field Information

Company

If the parameters apply to one specific logistic or financial company, enter the company number.

If this field is empty, the parameters apply to all the companies of a multicompany structure.

Country

The country to which the Intrastat parameters apply.

Method of Logging Cost/Service Items

The way cost items and service items are handled when you process or print the import/export statistics.

Weight Unit for kg

The unit used for the weight in kilograms on the Intrastat declaration.

Extra Intrastat Info Mandatory

If this check box is selected, you must select an additional statistical information set if you manually enter Intrastat transactions in the Intrastat Transactions (tccom7171m000) session.

Empty

The default business partner identification number to be used when the business partner identification number is blank for the partner country.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Empty field in the Intrastat Parameters (tccom7100s000) session, if the country specific parameter is not setup.

Temporary

The default business partner identification number to be used when the business partner identification number is a temporary value or used for information, for the partner country.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Temporary field in the Intrastat Parameters (tccom7100s000) session, if the country specific parameter is not setup.

Empty (Triangular)

The ID that must be used as a business partner identification number if the same is not available in the ship-to country and the ship-to country is different from the business partner tax country.

Note: This value is defaulted from the Empty (Triangular) field in the Intrastat Parameters (tccom7100s000) session, if the country specific parameter is not setup.

Last Used Number

The latest Intrastat declaration number. This is an ascending number that is used in Italian Intrastat declarations.

Invoice Value Number of Decimals

The number of decimals required for the invoice values on the Intrastat declaration.

Invoice Value Fraction Separator

The fraction separator to be used for the invoice values on the Intrastat declaration.

Invoice Value Rounding Method

The Rounding Method to be applied to the invoice values on the Intrastat declaration.

Supplementary Unit Quantity Number of Decimals

The number of decimals required for the supplementary unit quantity on the Intrastat declaration.

Supplementary Unit Fraction Separator

The fraction separator to be used for the supplementary unit quantity on the Intrastat declaration.

Supplementary Unit Rounding Method

The Rounding Method to be applied to the supplementary unit quantity on the Intrastat declaration.

Weight Number of Decimals

The number of decimals required for the weight on the Intrastat declaration.
