Print Business Partners by Role (tccom4410m000)
Use this session to print a report of business partners by role. In addition, you can enter some criteria by which the role is selected. You can also enter an examination date that is used to check the validity of the business partners. The data can be printed only if the user’s Authorization Level is set to View or above, in the Authorized Business Partners (tcsec2530m000) session.
Business Partner tab
On the first tab of this session you can enter a range of business partners and the examination date. You must use the check boxes to determine for which roles selection criteria can be entered on the Sales tab or the Purchase tab. For example, if you select the Ship-to Business Partner check box and the Buy-from Business Partner check box, you can only enter selection criteria for business partners with a ship-to role and a buy-from role.
Sales and Purchase tabs
Dependent on the roles you selected on the first tab, you can specify criteria for the roles on the Sales tab and the Purchase tab. For example, if you selected the Ship-to Business Partner check box on the first tab, you can now specify on the Sales tab that only ship-to business partners from France must be selected. If you selected the Buy-from Business Partner check box on the Business Partner tab, you can specify criteria for the buy-from business partners on the Purchase tab.
