Update Address Formats (tccom4235m000)
Use this session to update, based on a specified address format:
- The address formats for addresses and address lines, and, if required, overwrite these formats.
- The address line (1-6) fields, which are used to exchange address data between LN and an external package.

If this check box is selected, address formats must be updated for the addresses.
- Address Format

The address format that is used to update the addresses in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session.
- Overwrite existing Address Format
-
If this check box is selected, the Address Format field in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session is overwritten by the address format specified in the Address Format field.
If this check box is selected, only if the Address Format field is empty in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session, it is overwritten by the address format specified in the Address Format field.
- Update Address Lines

If this check box is selected, in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session, the Address Line 1 through Address Line 6 fields must be updated.
- Address Format for Address Lines

The address format based on which the Address Line 1 through Address Line 6 fields are updated in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session.
- Update Address Format for Address Lines

If this check box is selected, in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session, the Address Format for Address Lines field is filled with the Address Format for Address Lines field of the current session.
If this check box is selected, the Address Line 1 through Address Line 6 fields are updated based on the Address Format for Address Lines field specified in this session, but this address format is not stored in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session.
Note:- If this check box is selected, and the Overwrite existing Address Format check box is cleared, only if the Address Format for Address Lines field is empty in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session, it is filled with the address format specified in the Address Format for Address Lines field.
- If this check box is selected, and the Overwrite existing Address Format check box is also selected, empty and filled Address Format for Address Lines fields are both overwritten in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session.
- If the Overwrite existing Address Format check box is cleared and, in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session, the Address Format for Address Lines field is filled, the Address Line 1 through Address Line 6 and Address Format for Address Lines fields are never updated in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session based on the Address Format for Address Lines field specified in this session. The setting of the Update Address Format for Address Lines check box is then irrelevant.
- Overwrite existing Address Format

If this check box is selected, the Address Format for Address Lines field in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session is overwritten by the address format specified in the Address Format for Address Lines field of the current sesion.
If this check box is selected, and the Update Address Format for Address Lines is selected, only if the Address Format for Address Lines field is empty in the Addresses (tccom4130s000) session, it is overwritten by the address format specified in the Address Format for Address Lines field.
- Simulate

If this check box is selected, the address updates are only simulated, not processed.
- Process Report

If this check box is selected, a report is printed of the updated addresses.
