The base period on which the recurrence frequency is defined. This field can be Yearly, Monthly, Weekly, or Daily.
Note: If, for examle, the Recurrence Type is, Weekly, the recurrence does not necessarily occur on a weekly basis. The basis can also be defined as biweekly, every three weeks, and so on. - Calendar Start Date
