Impact of End User Declaration on Purchase Orders Lines

An End User Declaration (EUD) is required for a purchase order line, when the order line is created for an item with the Subject to Trade Compliance check box and the License Tracking or the Contains License Tracking check box is selected in the Items (tcibd0501m000) session.

In case the purchase order line is generated from Planning, an EUD can be generated and/or linked automatically. If the EUD is not generated automatically, you must create the EUD manually and link to the purchase order line.

After linking an EUD, Infor LN performs the document compliance check before approving the purchase order line. If the check fails, the order line is blocked.
