Defining Items for End User Declaration

Since the Generic EUD do not have item lines, items cannot be defined. Therefore, generic EUD is applicable for all items.

The re-export EUD item lines are a subset from the original EUD item lines; therefore, you can only use the existing item lines form the original EUD.
