Deleting End User Statements
You can delete an End User Statement (EUS) and the related entities such as the End User
Lines, Item Lines, License Links, Consignees and Notes.
Deleting a planned EUS
The EUS with the End User Statement (tcgtc3600m000) session. When a planned EUS is deleted, all related End User Declarations (EUD) are also deleted.
, or status, that do not have documents linked, are considered. You can delete these EUS manually using the option in theDeleting a processed EUS
The EUS with the Canceled or Closed status are considered. These EUS must be deleted using the Delete End User Statements (tcgtc3200m000) session.
You can delete a canceled or closed EUS when:
- No linked document exists (must be already deleted / unlinked)
- No linked EUD exists (must be already deleted / unlinked)
- No compliance check result exists (must be deleted first)
Deleting History
You can use the Archive/Delete End User Statement History (tcgtc3250m000) session to delete the EUS history date.
