Customer onboarding application

The application submitted by the supplier is displayed in the Onboarding Application (tcclb1130m000) session. The customer can access the portal using the Onboarding Portal menu which displays the list of onboarding applications. Customers can also access the portal for a specific application using the Open Portal option that is displayed when an application is opened from the Onboarding Application (tcclb1130m000) session.

The customer reviews the application and mark each section as complete or incomplete using the Complete and Incomplete options. The reason for marking a section as incomplete can also be specified in the Messages section. After each section is reviewed, the customer can accept, reject, or send back the application using the Accept, Reject and Send Back options.

Note: The Accept, Reject and Send Back option is displayed only after the Final Approver field is specified.
