Pre-requisites

The pre-requisites for activating Extended Registration Management are:

  1. For all companies in the Companies (tcemm1170m000) session, several registration data tables, as present in the General Multi-Company (R00200) table set, must be shared between all companies.
  2. The Registration by Tax Country is set to either Inactive or Active in the Global Registration Parameters (tctax2100m000) session. During the activation process, the Registration by Tax Country must not be in In Preparation status.
  3. You can set the status of Extended Tax Configuration to In Preparation for all companies only if:
    • The Trade Notes check box is cleared in the CMG Parameters (tfcmg0100s000) session for the financial company.
    • The EDI for Purchase Invoices is not used. The Transaction Type is not specified for EDI, in the ACP Parameters (tfacp0100m000) session for the financial company.
    • The BDE for Purchase Invoices is not used. The Transaction Type are not specified for external invoices, in the ACP Parameters (tfacp0100m000) session for the financial company.
    • The Procurement Cards check box is cleared in the ACP Parameters (tfacp0100m000) session for the financial company.
    • The Factoring is not used. The Transaction Type is not specified for factoring, in the ACR Parameters (tfacr0500m000) session for the financial company.
    • The Monthly Billing Invoices check box is cleared in the Group Company Parameters (tfgld0101s000) session for the financial company.
  4. Before you can perform the final activation step, the Extended Tax Configuration concept must be Active.
