Multiple Inspection Orders

New inspection orders can be created by characteristic classification so that sample size can be maintained on inspection order for characteristic based AQL switching. The new inspection orders are displayed in the Order Inspection (qmptc1620m000) session based on the defined settings.

Multiple Inspection Orders are created by characteristic classification, when:
  • The Create Inspection Order per Characteristic Classification check box is selected in the Quality Management Parameters (qmptc0100m000) session.
  • The Test Type field is set to Sampling Rule and the AQL Switching field is set to Sampling Rules (qmptc0160m000) session.

Multiple inspection orders are created based on the classifications such as critical, major, and minor with one valid characteristic for each classification.

The flowchart explains the scenario based on which multiple inspection orders are created for each characteristic classification.
