Canceling and deleting external hired rental agreement

You cannot delete a planned rental agreement. However, if the agreement is planned and an Equipment Procurement Order line exists, based on the Equipment Procurement Order status, you can clear the External Hire check box. This results in the deletion of the linked Equipment Procurement Order line, Rental Equipment line, and the order relations link.

If the Equipment Procurement Order has only one line, the Equipment Procurement Order is also deleted.

Planned and released rental agreements can be canceled. A linked Equipment Procurement Order line is also canceled. If the Equipment Procurement Order line cannot be canceled, the agreement also cannot be canceled.
