Deleting AFP Related Retention Release

When the Retention Requested Amount for the AFP is set to zero, the open retention releases are automatically deleted.

Note: You cannot delete the retention release that is linked to an AFP in another way.

When a closed retention release is linked to an AFP, the retention can be deleted only if the AFP is deleted. The AFP also cannot be deleted separately but it is deleted when the Subcontracting Procurement Order is deleted using the Archive/Delete Services Procurement Orders (tdpur6224m000) session.
