Discard Generation

You can use this option to discard the Generation you have created. This option is similar to the Revert to Original option. Additionally, the Generation number is decremented.

Note: Prior to discarding the changes, A snapshot of existing data is taken. Additionally, the snapshot of the PLM item is taken after the Discard operation. The operation can be performed only when the Generation is not frozen. The snapshot details and the operation are saved in revision history.
