Data setup for Generation
To use the Object Generation functionality, you must set up this data in the Generation Parameters (pdsnp0100m000) session.
- You must select the Use Intermittent Save of Objects check box to enable the application to capture the modification of data when the object status is set to Draft.
- You must select the check box to enable the application to capture the modification of data when the object status is set to Released.
- You can use the Use upload number for files field to indicate if the upload number must be incremented for every upload
or for each generation. Possible value:
- Yes (Every Upload)
An upload number is generated for each file upload within a generation.
- Yes (Per Generation)
An upload number is generated for each object generation irrespective of the number of uploads.
- No
An upload number is not generated.
- Yes (Every Upload)
