Impact Analysis

Impact Analysis enables PLM users to analyze the item data that is imported from an integrated ERP system.

The analysis helps determine the impact of probable changes to key factors, such as cost, stock, production line schedules, time-to-market, and product quality.

Note: 
  • The item data that is synchronized with the external system can be imported.
  • The data is analyzed only for the object groups that are selected on the Impact Analysis Templates (pder0611m000)session.
  • A maximum of 10 items can be analyzed at a time.

The Impact analysis template enables you to select the object groups and the item attributes associated with each object group. The values of these object groups are retrieved from the integrated ERP.

The impact analysis process involves:

  • Selecting the items, you want to analyze.
  • Selecting the Object Groups and the Attributes that must be considered for the analysis.
  • Analyzing and reviewing the results
