Duplicating with Links

You can use Duplicate with Links to create a new item based on the attributes and the links of an existing item. The new item is created with status set to Draft.

  1. Select PLM Data Management > Item Management > PLM Items. The PLM Items (pdpdm1500m000)session is displayed.
  2. Select the item to be duplicated.
  3. Click the Duplicate PLM Item option on the toolbar. The Duplicate (pdpdm1200m000) session is displayed.
  4. Specify the required information. You can skip this step if no modification is required.
  5. Click Copy.
