Areas
An area represents a path and directory on a computer in which files can be stored.
Areas are defined in the Areas (pdadm1111m000) session.
Each area must be defined and linked to a vault. The administrator is responsible for defining and linking these area types:
- Work area: The area type is used to store objects with the Undefined and Under Change status.
- Release area: The area type is used to store objects with the Released status.
- Archive area: The area type is used to store archived files. One area of this type is predefined for the main vault.
