PartnerNet Preferences (pdbpn0100m000)
Use this session to set preferences to upload documents or files. You can
view the history details of the parameter settings and the effective dates of each setting.
The current parameter setting is at the top of the list without an effective date. If you make
any modifications and save the new parameter setting:
- The new set is added at the end of the history list.
- The current set is updated at the top of the list.
Note: This session is displayed only if the PartnerNet check box is
selected in the PLM Features (pdadm0110m000) session.
Field Information
- Effective Date
- The date and time up to which the parameters are valid. The parameters are valid up to the effective date of the most recent parameter setting.
- Description
- The description of the parameter set, for example, the reason why the previous setting is modified.
- Upload Destination

The location where the files can be uploaded.
Allowed values
- Vault
- IDM Document
- Vault
- The code of the vault. Note: This field is enabled only if the Upload Destination field is set to Vault.
- Area
- The code of the area associated with the vault.Note: This field is enabled only if the Upload Destination field is set to Vault.
- IDM Document Type
- The IDM document type where the file can be
uploaded.Note: This field is enabled only if the Upload Destination field is set to IDM Document.
- Email Address From
- The email address from which the PartnerNet emails can be received.
