Change Business Partner Data

This functionality is available for the Mobile Service integration with LN 10.6 and higher versions as well as LN CE (as of 2023.10).

To change business partner data in Mobile Service, the Update Business Partner Data option must be selected in the Service User Template (tsmdm1160m000).

The business partner data can be changed by clicking (Windows) or tapping (Android/iOS) on the underlined business partner name and selecting the business partner edit button or the business partner address edit button. Underlined business partner names can be found throughout the app, for example in the Visit screen and Installations screen.

The following data can be changed:

  • Business partner name
  • Business partner address name
  • Telephone number of the business partner address
  • E-mail of the business partner address
