Validation Code by Movement Type (lpprt0104m000)
Use this session to view and maintain the validation codes for the selected movement type. These movement codes are issued by the Tax Authority.
Note: This session can be accessed only if the Portugal check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
Field Information
- Movement Type

The movement type that is used to generate the RSA document number.
Allowed values
- GR
- GD
- GT
- Company
- The code of the company in which the movement types are created.
- Recipient Type

The type of the recipient who receives the documents.
Allowed values
- Single
- Multiple
Note:- This field is enabled only if the Movement Type field is set to Movement Type.
- The recipient type Multiple is applicable only if the Movement Type field is set to Movement Type.
- Effective Date
- The date and time from which the movement type is valid.
- Series
- The alphanumeric code of the series that must be used to generate the transportation documents.
- First Free Number
- The first free number that is used to generate the series for the transportation document.
- Last Document Date
- The date and time when the last transportation document is generated.
- Validation Code
- The validation code issued by the Tax Authority that is included in the ATCUD code.
