Additional Information For Rental Operations (lpesp0113m000)
Use this session to view and maintain the additional information related to the rental operations for business partners, items, property locations and land register references. This data is defaulted to the SII transactions for Purchase (LRFR) and Sales (LRFE).
Note: This session can be accessed only if the Spain check box is selected in the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.
Field Information
- Business Partner
- The code of the business partner for whom the additional information related to the rental operations must be defined.
- Name
- The name of the business partner.
- Item
- The code of the item associated with the business partner for which the additional information related to the rental operations must be defined.
- Property Location

Indicates the location of the property where the rental operation must be performed for SII transactions (Purchase (LRFR) and Sales (LRFE)).

- Spain(except Basque and Navarre)
- Basque country or Navarre
- No Land register reference
- Location abroad
- Not applicable
Note: This field is enabled only if the Operation Type field is set to 12 or 13.The value Not applicable is used only if Property Location and Land Register Reference are included multiple times.

- The land register reference that must be assigned
to the item.Note: This field is enabled and mandatory only if the Property Location field is set to Spain(except Basque and Navarre) and Basque country or Navarre
