Load History (fmlbd5502m000)
Use this session to view and maintain the history data of loads created in Freight. LN creates a history record of each change that is made to a load. You can use history records for future analysis.
On the appropriate menu, you can access the Shipment History (fmlbd5500m000) session and the Archive/Delete Freight Planning History (fmlbd5200m000) session.

- History Status

The status of the history record resulting from the modification that is made on the transaction date.
- Modified

This status is allocated if the data on which the current history information is based, is modified.
- Processed

This status is allocated if the record on which the current history information is based, has obtained the Closed status.
- Removed

This status is allocated if the header data related to the current history information is removed.
- User

The user logon-code of the user who modified the shipment data related to the current history information.

Note:This field is enabled only if the Carrier Tracking Number is specified.
Default value is Undefined if the Carrier Tracking Number is specified, otherwise Not Applicable.
You cannot modify this value if the load status is Closed or Ignored or if a carrier invoice is related to the load is matched in Financials ( Accounts Payable ).

The number provided by the transportation providers for the load or shipment. For example, an Air Waybill Number. This number is generated by the scanning devices or can be specified manually.
Note: You cannot modify this value if the load status is Closed or Ignored or if a carrier invoice is related to the load is matched in Financials ( Accounts Payable ). - Type

The type of the tracking number assigned to the load or shipment by the transport providers, for tracking purpose.
