Confirm Delivery / Receipt (fmlbd3252m000)
Use this session to change the status of selected Confirmed loads or shipments from the Planned Loads/Shipments (whinh4180m000) session, or freight order clusters from the Freight Order Clusters (fmfoc3100m000) session to Shipped or Completed. If the Automatically Change from 'Confirmed' to 'Shipped' check box is selected in the Freight Planning Parameters (fmlbd0100m000) session, Confirmed loads and shipments from the Planned Loads/Shipments (whinh4180m000) session and freight order clusters from the Freight Order Clusters (fmfoc3100m000) session automatically receive the Shipped status. If that check box is not selected, you must use this session to change the status of Confirmed loads and shipments and/or freight order clusters.

Change the status by load, shipment or by freight order cluster. If you select by Load, you can select the range of loads whose status you want to change. The status of the underlying shipments and shipment lines of the selected loads will also be changed. If you select Shipment, you can select a range of shipments whose status you want to change. The status of the underlying shipment lines will also be changed. If you select Freight Order Cluster, you can select a range of freight order cluster whose status you want to change.

The actual load date of the loads, shipments, or freight order clusters that you want to convert to Shipped. The date entered in this field will be the actual load date of the loads and shipments that you convert to Shipped.

The actual unload date of the loads, shipments, or freight order clusters that you want to convert to the Completed status. The date entered in this field will be the actual unload date of the loads and shipments that you convert to the Completed status.

If this check box is selected, a report of the converted loads, shipments, or freight order clusters will be created.

If this check box is selected, errors that occurred during the status conversion process are listed in an error report.
