Use this session to delete or archive freight order cluster history data.

Field Information

Freight Order Cluster

The first historical freight order cluster of the range of historical freight order clusters that you want to delete or archive.

Freight Order Cluster

The last historical freight order cluster of the range of historical freight order clusters that you want to delete or archive.

Archive or Delete

The available options to process freight order history data.

Archive

Archive history information. This option is used to keep history information in the history tables and to store this history information in the archive company.

Both

Archive and delete history information.

Delete

Delete history information.

Up to Date

Delete historical freight order clusters and freight order cluster lines with unload dates up to the specified unload date.

Original Company

The code of the current company. This is the company whose data must be deleted or archived.

Archive-to Company

The code of the archive company in which the archived data is stored.

For each company, an archive company is defined in the Archive-to Company of the Implemented Software Components (tccom0100s000) session.

Archive Text

If this check box is selected, header and footer text is archived.

Overwrite Text

If this check box is selected, and a text already exists in the archive company, the archived text is replaced by the current one.

Archive Common Master Data

If this check box is selected, the general master data and the data from Common of the selected freight order clusters is archived.

Process Report

If this check box is selected, a process report about the delete/archive process is generated.

Error Report

If this check box is selected, an error report about the archive/delete run is generated if errors occur.
