Actualize Freight Order Clusters (fmfoc3210m000)
Use this session to make freight order clusters Actual. When a freight order cluster is finalized, you can actualize the cluster to indicate that the cluster is ready to be offered to the carrier and the subcontracting order can be printed. In this session, you can also print a report on the actualized freight order clusters and print the subcontracting instructions of the actualized freight order clusters. Use the following fields to select the freight orders that you want to actualize. After you select the freight order clusters that must be actualized, you must click to start up the actualizing batch process.

If this check box is selected, the subcontracting instructions of the selected freight order clusters are printed. However, you must first select the Pro Forma or the Final option, which are enabled when you select this check box.

If you select Pro Forma, the pro forma version of the subcontracting instructions of the selected freight order clusters are printed. If you select Final, the final version of the subcontracting instructions of the selected freight order clusters are printed, and the selected freight order clusters receive the Subcontracted status. If an EDI relation is set up with the carrier, an EDI message to notify the carrier of the subcontracting order is generated.
