Load Building
Transport planning is carried out in the Load Building module. The user selects a range of freight orders that belong to a particular shipping office and planning group, and then launches the load building engine. The result is a cost-effective, efficient load plan that consists of various loads and shipments providing information such as routes, loading and unloading addresses and dates, quantities of goods, and so on.
The load building engine offers various planning algorithms. You can also use route plans and standard routes to plan transportation along fixed routes and transport services.
The load plans, loads, and shipments generated by the load building engine are maintained in the Load Building module.
