Field Information

Plan Item

The plan item for which you want to view the terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions Type

Select the required type of terms and conditions, Sales or Purchase.

Allowed values

Sales: The terms and conditions agreement can be linked to a sales contract in the Sales Contract (tdsls3600m000) session or the Sales Contracts (tdsls3500m000) details session.
Purchase: The terms and conditions agreement can be linked to a purchase contract in the Purchase Contract (tdpur3600m000) session or the Purchase Contracts (tdpur3100m000) details session.
Internal: The terms and conditions agreement can be linked to an enterprise unit relationship in the Internal Terms and Conditions Relationships (tcitr2140m000) session.

Search Date

The date for which you want to view the terms and conditions.

Item

The item for which the session searches the effective terms and conditions.

Warehouse

The VMI warehouse for which the session searches the effective terms and conditions.

This field is displayed only if the Terms and Conditions Type field is Purchase.

Buy-from BP

The buy-from business partner for which the session searches the effective terms and conditions.

If the Terms and Conditions Type field is Purchase, you must enter a value in this field.

Sold-to Business Partner

The sold-to business partner linked to the plan item's cluster.

Ship-to Business Partner

The ship-to business partner linked to the plan item's cluster.
