Field Information

Run Number

The identification number of the planning run.

Session

The session from which Enterprise Planning retrieves the order planning.

User

The name of the user responsible for planning.

Start Date

The period for which statistical data is generated.

Parallel bshell

The number of servers (bshells) used to calculate and actualize planning data.

Note: 

• Distributing the calculations over multiple bshells improves performance.

• Number is always zero (0) if parallell processing is not active.

Sequence Number

Plan Item

The ID of the plan item.

Flagged

The run is flagged for inconsistencies.

Phase Number

The phase number for order planning.

Run time (msec)

If this check box is selected, you must specify the number of seconds that must be reached or exceeded for an item to be reported, if non of the other parameters were triggered.

Note: An item with a hundred sales orders, will have a longer planning run time than an item with one or two sales orders. If the Inputs field has a large number or orders, a longer than average run time is acceptable.

Abnormal End

If this check box is selected, the generation of an order plan failed for the specific item.

Loop detected

If this check box is selected, loop in the bill of materials was detected during generation of the order plan.

Times Planned

The number of times the selected item was planned.

Inputs

The number of inputs used in the order planning generation.

Sales orders and purchase orders for the selected item, are examples of inputs possible.

Note: An item with a hundred sales orders, will have a longer planning run time than an item with one or two sales orders.

Planned Orders Created

The number of planned orders created on the last calculation.

Planned Orders Updated

The number of planned orders updated on the last calculation.

Planned Orders Deleted

The number of planned orders deleted on the last calculation.

Non-Failure Messages

The number of non-critical exception messages generated.

Failure Messages

The number of critical exception messages generated.

Number of actions with Retry

The number of times generation of an order plan was retried.

Phase Number Updates

The number of times the phase numbers for the selected item were updated.

Initial Phase Number

The inital phase number for the selected item.
