Aggregate Channel, Plans & Orders
Use this session to aggregate planning data to item master plans or channel master plans, according to the aggregation relationships that you defined in the Aggregation Relationships (cprpd3110m000) session, or that LN generated in the Generate Aggregation Relationships (cprpd3211m000) session.
Usually, the aggregated data overwrites the current plans of the parent item. If you want to have the data added to the existing plans, set the Update Mode field to Add To.
If you want to aggregate data from channel master plans to item master plans, without using the aggregation relationships that you defined in the Aggregation Relationships (cprpd3110m000) session, you can use the Aggregate Channel to Item Master Plan (cpdsp5210m000) session.
You can use the following check boxes to select the type of planning data that you want aggregate:
- Production Plan
- Purchase Plan
- Demand Forecast
- Inventory Plan
- Extra Demand
Field Information
- Scenario

Specify the scenario for which LN must aggregate planning data to item master plans or channel master plans.
If the item master plans or the channel master plans to which LN aggregates the selected planning data belong to the same scenario as the sub-scenario from which the data are aggregated and, you must enter the same scenario in the Sub Scenario From and To fields. If not, you must define a different scenario in the Sub Scenario From and To fields.
The status of the scenario in the Scenarios (cprpd4100m000) session must be Open.

Specify the first of a range of planners that LN must use as a criterion to select plan items for which the specified data must be aggregated to item master plans or channel master plans.

- Sub Scenario

Specify the first of a range of scenarios from which Enterprise Planning must aggregate the selected planning data. This field makes it possible to have aggregation relationships between multiple scenario’s and especially between multicompany and a local scenario this can be useful.
Specify the scenario you also defined in the Scenario field, if the sub-scenario from which the data are aggregated belongs to the same scenario as the scenario of the item master plans or the channel master plans to which LN aggregates the selected planning data.

Specify the last of a range of scenarios from which Enterprise Planning must aggregate the selected planning data. This field makes it possible to have aggregation relationships between multiple scenario’s and especially between multicompany and a local scenario this can be useful.
Specify the scenario you also defined in the Scenario field, if the sub-scenario from which the data are aggregated belongs to the same scenario as the scenario of the item master plans or the channel master plans to which LN aggregates the selected planning data.
- Update Mode

The update mode determines whether LN does one of the following:
- Select Overwrite if LN must use the data from the originating plan item to overwrite the existing data in the master plan to which LN aggregates the data.
- Select Add To if LN must add the values of the originating plan item to values in the master plan to which LN aggregates the data.
- Production Plan

If this check box is selected, LN aggregates the production plans of the child items to those of the parent items.
Note: LN carries out this aggregation only for those parent items for which the Automatic Update of Production Plan field in the Items - Planning (cprpd1100m000) session is set to (Dis)aggregate or Always Update. - Purchase Plan

If this check box is selected, LN aggregates the purchase plans of the child items to those of the parent items.

If this check box is selected, LN aggregates the demand forecast of the child items to those of the parent items.
