Find Exception Messages (cprao1126s000)

Use this session to search for a specific set of exception messages.

To find a specific set of exception messages:

  1. Select a planner ID and a scenario.
  2. Specify the minimum and the maximum reference date of the exception messages to be included in the overview.
  3. Select the minimum and the maximum priority of the exception messages to be included in the overview.
Note: If you leave the Planner ID field empty, you can look for exception messages that are not directed to a specific planner.

Field Information

Planner ID

The employee number of the planner whose exception messages you want to look for. If you leave this field empty, LN looks for those exception messages that are not directed to a specific planner.

Reference Date

The reference date for the exception message involved.

Note: 

The meaning of this date depends on the exception message type:

  • If the exception message is generated for a specific planned order, the reference date usually indicates the end date of this order line.
  • If the exception message is generated for an item with an item master plan, the reference date usually indicates the start date of the plan period in the item master plan to which the exception message refers.
Reference Date

The reference date for the exception message involved.

The meaning of this date depends on the exception message type:

  • If the exception message has been generated for a specific planned order, the reference date usually indicates the end date of this order line.
  • If the exception message has been generated on the basis of master-plan data, the reference date usually indicates the start date of the plan period to which the exception message refers.
Priority

In this field you can specify the lowest value in the range of priorities that you want to use as a selection criterion for the exception messages overview.

Note: The exception message priority is expressed as a number between 1 (highest priority) and 100 (lowest priority).
