Orders by Work Center (cppat0212m000)

Use this session to get an overview of the orders per work center, in case of planned production orders.

For each order, LN displays the capacity that the order requires from the corresponding work center.

Use the Planned Order check box to (de)select the relevant order for transfer.

Field Information

Actual Scenario

The code of the actual scenario.

LN can only transfer planned orders for the actual scenario.

Work Center

The work center for which LN lists the planned orders.

Workload Norm

The calculated workload norm for the work center.

The workload norm is based on the value specified in the Workload Norm field in the Work Centers - Planning (cprpd2100m000) session and the workload norm percentage the planner specified in the Transfer Order Planning (cppat1210m000) session.

The formula to calculate the workload is:


               Workload Norm * Workload Norm Perc. 
            
Workload Tolerance

The workload tolerance specified for the work center in the Work Centers - Planning (cprpd2100m000) session.

Workload

The workload of the specified work center.

To calculate the workload LN takes into account the workload norm and the Workload Norm Percentage that you specified in the Transfer Order Planning (cppat1210m000) session.

The formula to calculate the workload is:


               Workload Norm * Workload Norm Perc. 
            
Planned Order

Use this check box to select or deselect the order for transfer.

Transfer Order

The code of the transferred order.

Order Item

The item for which the order is transferred.

Order Type

The displayed Order Type can only be Planned Production Order, Planned Purchase Order, or Planned Distribution Order. The other options are not available in this field.

Required Capacity

The capacity that the order requires from the specified work center.

Due Date

The date on which delivery or receipt of the item is scheduled.

This date is equal to the date in the Planned Finish Date field in the Planned Orders (cprrp1100m000) session.
