Transfer Order Users (cppat0210m100)
Use this session to see who is the planner responsible for an order, and to see whether an order is transferred by more than one planner.
In fact, more than one planner can give a transfer command for one identical order. However, if there is an overlap, the planner who gives the command first, determines how the transfer is done. In this case, the other planners cannot stop or intervene in the transfer process anymore.
